The Chilean National Team will depart tonight from Santiago to Seoul.

Now the other South American teams like Chile (supported this year by PatinCarrera.com) will arrive soon.

The Chilean team will leave tonight at 9.40 PM (from Santiago International Airport) into the flight 940 of American Airlines to Dallas (United States) where they will have a connection to the Korean capital.

They have eighteen skaters in the team to compete at worlds. Their best chance of a medal are with junior world champion Catherine Peñan who will accompanied by Janine Ibañez, Valeria Riffo and Maria José Moya.

In the Senior Men, sprinter Ricardo Verdugo demonstrated that he is in great condition this season and promises to be up there with the elite in Anyang. Alfredo Riquelme, Brauli Reyes, Jorge Reyes and Jaime Valenzuela complete the team.

In the Junior Men, Johan Stuardo and Esteban Hermosilla can be up there with the best in the world and surely Matias Salas and Rolando Ossandon will be very good teammates.

Other teams of the region will leave to Korea in the coming days like Argentina on Sunday 27th and Mexico on Monday 28th.
